Bar D\u2019Ambra is a family run cafe patisserie on the island of Lipari, in the heart of the Aeolian Islands. The cafe\u2019s success can be attributed to the humble beginnings and hard work of the D\u2019Ambra family. It is now run by brother and sister duo, children of master pastry chef, Giovanni D\u2019Ambra. They are the second generation of Aeolian culinary artisans, who bring a unique blend of tradition and innovation to their craft. They continue to use the family\u2019s recipes and techniques, upholding the traditional baking methods of the past even if production time is more consuming.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Bar D\u2019Ambra prides itself on serving simple yet delicious local food using the highest quality ingredients and locally sourced where possible. Bar D\u2019Ambra serves Sicilian breakfast, lunch, dinner and their now famous aperitivos. Dessert of course is always on the menu. Nestled right on the sea front, it\u2019s large shady umbrellas, generous tables and kids area beckon all.
